I often don't realize or recognize the ruts I'm in. Making small or big changes to our habits can make huge changes in our perspective. Do one thing differently - take public transport to work or try a LIFE FAST - stop anything (TV, eating, email, phone) for a few days to a week and see what comes up. I have found an adventure can be like a reboot, especially if it takes me outside my comfort zone. And for me this is thru extended hikes in foreign lands. Let’s SPICE THINGS UP!
